Our Commitment

Every piece in the Orlonzo collection is made to order specifically for you, using archival-grade materials. We stand fully behind the quality of each print, canvas, and framed piece we produce.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at info@orlonzo.com. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.

We will arrange a complimentary replacement order at no cost to you. If a replacement is not feasible in your situation, we will issue a full refund instead. You do not need to return the item.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived and tracking shows it as lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a free replacement shipment on your behalf.

Returns for Change of Mind

Because every piece is printed individually to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review the size guides, material descriptions, and our Printing Specifications page carefully before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out to us at info@orlonzo.com — we are happy to help.

Orders Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed pickup, please place a new order and contact us. We will arrange for the product cost of the new order to be refunded — you will only be charged for shipping again.

Colour Accuracy

We use professional wide-format inkjet printing with pigment-based inks on archival media. Colours are calibrated to match the source artwork as closely as possible. Minor colour variations inherent to the printing process, or differences between your screen calibration and a printed result, are not covered under this policy.
