Local Production, Global Delivery

Every Orlonzo piece is produced at the professional print studio closest to your delivery address, from a network of over 140 facilities across 32 countries. This means your order travels the shortest possible distance, arriving faster and with a lower environmental footprint.

Production Time

Each piece is made to order after you place your purchase. Production typically takes 1–3 business days for prints and canvases, and up to 3 business days for framed pieces, depending on the format and facility.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. Combined with production, most customers receive their order within 5–8 working days of purchase. If you need an estimate for your specific region, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Express shipping is always fulfilled as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are included in the listed price — no unexpected charges on arrival.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders delivered within the EU, UK, Norway, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, production is local and no customs border is crossed — no duties apply.

For destinations outside these regions where international shipping is required, local customs fees may apply on arrival. These are determined by your country's regulations and are payable by you directly to your customs agency. Choosing express shipping at checkout guarantees duty-paid delivery to any country worldwide.

Multiple Parcels

If you order more than one format in the same transaction — for example a fine art print and a canvas — they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. Each item still ships at no extra cost to you.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us.

Lost Parcels

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
